Personalised exercise plans and guided rehabilitation

Ongoing support throughout your recovery

Our physiotherapists will guide you through each stage of your rehabilitation, ensuring you feel supported, informed, and confident in your progress.

How it works:

Our specialist physiotherapists will contact you at your pre‑arranged appointment time for a face‑to‑face virtual consultation using your laptop, mobile phone, or tablet. During the session, they will listen carefully to your concerns and guide you through the assessment process.

To support an accurate assessment, we may ask you to switch on your device’s camera so the physiotherapist can observe your symptoms, posture, or movement. You may also be asked to gently move the affected body part to help the physiotherapist understand your condition.

All our therapists are registered professionals who are trained to listen, understand, and respond with compassion. They are committed to providing high‑quality, personalised care tailored to your needs, helping you manage your symptoms and progress confidently through your recovery.

Our services provide 10mins free consultation and perform face to face assessment in your own home if you live around northeast of England. We will guide you through your recovery.
