Our care delivery model is person-centred, inclusive, and responsive, ensuring that each service user receives a tailored package of care aligned with their personal goals, preferences, and assessed needs.
Daily Tasks
Daily tasks- such as cleaning and tidying, laundry, ironing and bed making, Shopping or helping the client manage shopping lists and meal preparation according to dietary needs.
Social Inclusion /Companionship
Social Inclusion /Companionship such as supporting our clients to attend local activities in the community that are organised by local authorities/ charities organisation which might include day centre, coffee mornings and art group.
Personal care
Provides assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support, promoting independence and dignity.
Emergency home care
Offers immediate support and assistance in unexpected situations, such as sudden illness, injury, or carer unavailability, ensuring continuity of care and safety at home.
Client Appointments:
We support our clients by accompanying them to GP, hospital, and pharmacy appointments, ensuring they feel confident, informed, and safe throughout the process. Our team helps with preparation, transport arrangements, communication during appointments, and follow‑up guidance so clients never feel alone when managing their health.
Outings/Activities:
We Support clients to enjoy holidays, (staycation or abroad) outings, and physical activities safely and confidently. We make it easier for clients to explore new places, attend events, or simply enjoy time away from home. We offer reassurance and practical support helping clients take part in physical activities such follow clients to swimming sessions, outdoor walks at their own pace that suits them.
End of Life Care / Palliative Care
Offers compassionate and supportive care for individuals with life-limiting illnesses, focusing on pain management, symptom control, emotional and spiritual support, and ensuring comfort and dignity for both the individual and their family.
Social and Assisted Holiday Care
Provides support to individuals who need assistance to maintain social engagement and participate in activities, including companionship, transportation, and support during holidays or outings, promoting well-being and reducing isolation.
We also assist with the following
- Support with general shopping, shop with you or help you to make shopping list, go to the shops, come back and put it all away.
- Companionship: Engaging in friendly conservation and having someone to go out, walk or play game can support emotional and reduce isolation.
- Assistance with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and ironing, organise clean clothes and fresh bedding.
- We also support our clients with GP/hospital /pharmacy appointments.
- we could visit friends and family with our clients.
- Support with holidays and outings in UK or abroad.

Home Care Support:
Our Home Support service is a paid for service which aims to provide practical support to people who may otherwise struggle to deal with their day-to-day tasks. We offer a range of practical support which are tailored to meet client’s needs.
All our support workers have first aid/ food hygiene training and have DBS clearance. They are skilled experiences staffs who offers a friendly face and light-hearted chat whilst carrying out the service you require.
We are private care company that would support you to keep on top of all day-to-day activities either to provide extra help or promote your independence in your home environment. We are here to supports your loved ones without have worry about daily tasks and things that matter to them. We are designed to fits your needs whether to pop in daily, weekly, monthly for an hour or minutes. If you are concern about, getting in/out in your areas, we can take care of everything on your behalf. We are not only looking after you physical, but also yours/ loved one’s wellbeing matters to us.
